Hedo Turkoglu’s (notes) wish is finally coming true. The man who asked for a trade last month on Turkish television will soon have his name erased from the roster of the Toronto Raptors and appearing somewhere else, according to the Arizona Republic. The Contra Costa Times has it that Lee is moving to the Golden State Warriors in a sign-and-trade deal with the New York Knicks .
